This was a great little space to stay for the few days I was in town. Sach went over the top to be able to accommodate a special request that I wasn't able to do myself because of the time of my flight. I appreciate you and the space Sach!

While on a contract at IU, this was my home for 4 months. Conveniently located, it was the perfect accommodation. The room was clean and neat. The house was also clean and tidy. A nice kitchen and a nice bathroom. Upon arrival and check in, there was an issue with the closet door. In hardly any time, Sach had someone there to fix the closet door. Any issues, which there were very few, Sach took care of almost immediately. I noticed a not so great review on this property from an individual who I shared the space with. Having shared the space with this person, I feel their review was disingenuous. Aside from being a loud and discourteous housemate, they were not proactive in addressing issues that arose. Every time I reached to Sach, there was a resolution quickly.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and warm when we arrived. Sach, the host, was responsive to all questions and concerns. The house is in a great location, Walmart is just up the road for quick trips for groceries or forgotten necessities.

Very comfortable stay and everything needed for daily living. The security cameras in place gave it a more secure feeling while staying at the property. I liked the property and do not have any issues to state.

Wonderful Stay!** I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, the location was perfect, and the small thoughtful touches made it feel like home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free recommended this place 👌

Wow! Perfectly advertised. Beautiful home, in a historic, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. House was clean and in great working order. Nice water pressure for the shower. Full size kitchen and plenty of house for 4 adults to share, or more than enough room for a couple. We visit Noblesville a few times a year and will 100% be back to this gorgeous home. We booked 3 nights stay at the Wolf’s cabin because we were planning on attending the concert in town. I chose this property for many different reasons: I wanted to support the small business, value for the money, especially compared to the hotel rooms, privacy (contactless check-in and check-out), location (proximity to downtown and the concert venue), etc. All of my expectations were met and even exceeded. I had an excellent communication with the property owner before, during and after our stay who wanted to make sure we had everything we needed, and I greatly appreciated his fast responsiveness and answers to my questions as I was not familiar with this town. You have every appliance that you need if you want to bring your own groceries and just stay in and cook (including the grill outside) and the downtown is so close with variety of restaurants if you choose to eat out. Few of my favorites about our stay here were: exceptionally comfortable bed, I slept very good and was able to rest for the concert; the swing outside where I could drink my coffee and relax after the concert while enjoying the nature and peace and quiet; and last, but not the least, a pleasant surprise “Free community vegetable and fruit stand”, right across the street! All in all, I would highly recommend this property and this owner and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for having us as your guests and hope to stay with you again in the future!

The house was about 10 minutes from Victory Field, so very convenient for what I was there for. Neighborhood looked like it might be a little rough, but it wasn't bad at all. I felt safe the whole time I was there. The house was nice and was just what I needed. Would stay here again if I'm in the area.
