Important Information for Guests: Pet Policy: We welcome one dog weighing under 20 pounds. There is a pet fee of $100 per stay (not per night). If you have more than one dog or a dog larger than 20 pounds, kindly contact us before booking. Please note that a $250 fine will be applied to all unapproved pets. House Rules: No Parties or Gatherings: We strictly prohibit parties or gatherings on the premises. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not permitted inside the building, including the patio area. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building. Quiet Hours: Our quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy. Parking: Only one parking space is available at the back of the home. Please be considerate and park on one side of the driveway. The other side of the parking belongs to the tenants. Washer and Dryer: The washer and dryer are available for an additional charge of $5 for both washing and drying. Payments can be made via Ve-nmo (@Indy-Sweet-Homes-LLC) or Cash App ($IndysweethomesLLC). When sending payment through Ve-nmo, please include your address and room number for identification purposes. Please note that the washer and dryer are subject to availability. We provide one towel per guest if you are staying one to two nights. If you book longer than 2 nights we will provide 2 bath towels per guest. This is someone’s home, not a hotel so please be respectful of your neighbors. House Rules General Etiquette - Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 9 AM. (Do not disturb the neighbors) - No parties or events. Visitors must be mentioned in advance. - No smoking indoors. When smoking outside, dispose of cigarette butts properly in a trash can (not in bushes or grass). - No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. - No lighting candles anywhere inside the building. Pets - No cats allowed unless discussed with the host. - Dogs: Maximum of two dogs under 20 lbs allowed. A pet fee applies as mentioned in the booking. An additional $50 - fee applies for the second dog. - Clean up after your pets. A $200 fine applies if dog droppings are left uncleaned. - No pets on furniture or beds. Parking - Guests must park only in the designated spot. - Only one car is allowed per reservation. Guest & Stay Policies - Guest Count: Inform the host of the total number of guests staying. If more guests stay than planned without prior notice, an additional $100 fee will apply. - Check-In & Check-Out: Respect check-in and check-out times. Overstaying past 11 AM checkout time will result in a $100 per hour fee unless discussed with the host. Household Care: - Do not rearrange furniture. Report any damages immediately—guests are responsible for damages. - No eating on the bed, couch, or sofa. - Bedding: Leave it on the bed, do not remove it. - Dishes: Wash and place them in the drying rack before check-out. - Trash: Take all trash out to the blue bin outside. - Turn off all lights and electronics when not in use. Laundry - $5 per load. Payment options: to wash and dry Ve-nmo (@Indy-Sweet-Homes-LLC) Cash App ($IndysweethomesLLC) Airbnb (as an extra service) - Laundry Hours: No laundry between 11 AM - 4 PM (reserved for cleaners) or after 10 PM. - Prepayment required to avoid a $35 fine. Security & Mail - Tampering with security cameras (unplugging, blocking, or interfering) will result in a $200 fine. - Mail & Packages: Do not send or receive mail/packages at this address.
