House Rules: 1. Check-in at 4 p.m. You'll receive key instructions four hours before. 2. No parties or visitors are allowed. Keep it peaceful for everyone. 3. No smoking inside. Dispose of butts properly outside. 4. Avoid eating or drinking on the bed. 5. Check-out by 11 a.m. $50 charge per hour for overstaying. 6. Keep track of keys. To send someone to unlock the door, it costs $50. Lost keys cost $100 to replace. 7. Respect furnishings. Report damages immediately. 8. Leave bedding on beds. Wash dishes and leave them to dry. 9. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. 10. We don't handle mail or packages for guests. Please do not ask to drop off the luggage or leave it unattended in common areas. Answer is no. 11. For stays over a week, provide your own toiletries. 12. $5 per load for laundry. Pay via Ve_nmo (@Indy-Sweet-Homes-LLC) or Cash app ($IndysweethomesLLC). or pay via Airbnb as an extra service. 13. Take out trash when full. Replace it with a new bag. 14. Keep personal belongings in your room, not common areas. 15. Tampering with security cameras incurs a $200 fine. 16. I stayed here during Gen Con, and was genuinely relieved that this host was one of the rare reliable ones. The house was clean, quiet, and comfortable - exactly what I needed after long days at the convention. The neighborhood isn’t fancy, but I never felt unsafe, even coming back late at night. My room (#2) was spacious and very comfortable, with both ceiling and desk fans to keep it cool. The bed was excellent - easily one of the best I’ve had (compared to hotels). The house overall had a peaceful vibe, true to the “Tranquil Oasis” name, and it was only about a 10-minute Lyft from the convention center. There were a few small letdowns - If there were free toiletries or tea, I couldn't find them, even though the listing mentioned them, and just one towel for a multi-day stay with no easy way to dry it out. The room was warmer than the rest of the house at night, and the nightstand was oddly short compared to the tall bed. The yard was overgrown when I arrived, though it was mowed during my stay, and the pictured hammock wasn’t there. None of these were deal-breakers, just things to be aware of.

I spent two months here, and it honestly felt like home. The space was incredibly clean, comfortable, and peaceful—exactly what I needed. Waking up to such a cozy and well-kept place every day made my stay so enjoyable. The host was amazing—super responsive and kind, making sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

This place is beautiful I felt right at home once I walked in the door. The hosts communications skills are fantastic whenever something was needed they responded quickly. If you’re thinking about staying here I highly recommend it! Fantastic place & fantastic host!
