House Rules - Check-in is at 4 pm. Please read Check-In Instructions. - No parties or events allowed. If you are having visitors please mention it in advance. - Strictly No smoking allowed inside the house/ room. When smoking outside do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass, please use the trash can. - No visitors allowed for the privacy and security reasons of other fellow guest. - Kindly don’t eat or drink on the bed. - Please respect check-in and check-out times. A fee will be charged if these times are not followed unless discussed with the host. - Please take care of the furnishings. Don’t rearrange the furniture.Report any damages immediately. Any damages incurred will have to be paid by the guests. - Please leave the bedding on the bed, do not remove it. Kindly wash the dirty dishes and leave it in the drying rack. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. - Check-Out time is at 11am. If you over stay your booking, $50 charge will apply every hour you stay after your check-out time. - If you send/receive any mail or packages to our Airbnb address we are Not responsible for them. Please do not ask us to keep them until you arrive or accept it on your behalf. - If you are staying longer than a week please make sure to put the large trash cans by the street so it can be picked up. Trash day for this area is on Wednesday. Leave the trash out the night before as they come early morning sometimes. - Guests that stay longer than a week. we provide only a week supply of Toiletries, body wash, shampoo and Linens etc. If you run out of supplies and you are staying longer than a week, you are responsible to purchase your own supplies. Thank you for understanding. - If you unplug, block or temper with some security cameras you will be charged a $200 fine.

Free one-car parking is right outside the home. It makes it very convenient when carrying your luggage and groceries, as well as for senior citizens to get in and out. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a coffee table for you to relax, read a book, or just sit and chat with other members of your family. The kitchen is fully stocked, so you can cook, bake, or prepare your favorite meals. The bathroom has hot and cold water, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. You have two bedrooms with memory foam mattresses for a good night's rest and a smart TV with Netflix for your entertainment. There is also an iron and ironing board for you in the utility area. For heat, we have several electric baseboard heaters in each room and a wall heater in the kitchen. For AC, we have window AC units available during the summer. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you can step outside and smoke, but dispose of the butt's property.
