House Rules - Check-in: 4 p.m. Instructions for key access will be sent four hours prior. - Quiet Stay: No parties or outside visitors are allowed. Help us maintain a peaceful environment. Quite hours 9PM-9AM. - Kitchen Use: Light cooking is welcome, but please avoid heavy cooking, deep frying, and strongly scented dishes like fish to ensure a pleasant space for everyone. Kindly clean up after use. - No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Dispose of cigarette butts properly in designated outdoor areas. - No Food or Drink in Beds: Kindly enjoy meals at the dining table and clean up after yourself. - Check-out: 11 a.m. There is a $50 charge for each additional 15 minutes of over stay. Our cleaners will be there to clean and they need access to clean the place for the next guest. - Keys: Please keep track of keys. A $50 fee applies if we need to unlock the door for you, and $100 for lost keys. - Furnishings: Treat the furniture and decor with care, and report any damages promptly. - Housekeeping: Leave bedding on the beds at checkout. Wash any used dishes and leave them to dry. - No Illegal Substances: Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. - No Package Handling: We cannot accept mail or packages for guests, nor can we store luggage. Please make arrangements elsewhere. - Toiletries for Extended Stays: For stays over one week, please bring your own toiletries. - Laundry: $5 per load. Payment options include Ve-nmo (@Indy-Sweet-Homes-LLC), Cash App ($IndysweethomesLLC), or Airbnb as an extra service. No laundry between 11-4 (Our cleaners need to do the laundry) or after 10pm. - Trash Disposal: Take out the trash when full and replace it with a new bag. - Personal Belongings: Store personal items in your room, not in shared spaces. - Security Cameras: Tampering with security cameras and/or wifi router results in a $250 fine. - Cleanliness: Keep kitchen counters and common areas tidy to avoid fines. - Front Door Security: Always lock the front door upon leaving. There’s a $25 charge if we need to lock it for you. To lock, push and hold the lock button button for three seconds or until you hear it lock.
