House Rules 1. Check-in is at 4 pm. We will send a key code or directions to where you will get the key to you 4 hours before check-in. 2. No parties or events allowed. If you are having visitors please mention it in advance. 3. No smoking/Vaping allowed inside the house/ room/bathroom. When smoking outside do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass, please use the trash can. 4. Kindly don’t eat or drink on the bed. 5. Check-Out time is at 11am. If you over stay your booking, $50 charge will apply every hour you stay over your check-out time. 6. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $50. 7. Please take care of the furnishings. Don’t rearrange the furniture.Report any damages immediately. Any damages incurred will have to be paid by the guests. 8. Please leave the bedding on the bed, do not remove it. Kindly wash the dirty dishes and leave it in the drying rack. 9. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. 10. If you send/receive any mail or packages to our Airbnb address we are Not responsible for them. Please do not ask us to receive/store/hold the packages/mail on your behalf. For security reason we are not able to do so. 11. If you are staying longer than a week please buy your own toiletries and supplies. Although we provide initially we do not resupply to guests who stay longer than a week at a time. If you check-out and rebook we will supply again for a week worth of toiletries and supplies. Thanks for understanding. 12. If you break something in the house please let us know right away. So can sort it out accordingly. 13. Please clean the dryer lint after every use and close the back door completely shut. 14. Please take the trash out to the larger bin in the backyard when it's full and put new trash bag to the can for use. (kitchen and bathroom) 15. Please do not leave your personal belonging (laptop, bags, books, phone, jackets etc) in the common areas. Leave all of your personal belonging in your room. If you have any questions or concerned as always feel free to reach out to us. 16. If you unplug, block or temper with home security cameras you will be charged a $200 fine. 17. Do not leave any food items on the kitchen counter which can attract unwanted flies/ants/pests. Keep everything packed and inside the fridge. Keep the kitchen, bathroom and living room area clean after you use it. We do charge a $50 fine if you don't clean up after yourself and we have to send cleaners to clean up after your mess while you are still staying. 18. Always always lock the front door when going in and out. If we have to send someone to lock the door after you, we will charge you $25 for their time. Safety/Security of our guest is our priority.

This is a Private Room with its own Lock. The bathroom, Living Room and kitchen are shared with other guests. The laundry facility is in the basement and you are welcome to use it responsibly. Guests are Not allowed to leave their personal belongings in the living room or basement or other part of the home. Guests will have their own designated space in the kitchen. You will get your own cabinet space and fridge space. Parking is free street parking or park behind the house. Feel free to use the living room to sit and read a book or do some work (quietly). Please No business phone calls in the living room or common areas. Early Check-in If you like to get one hour of early check-in, meaning if you want to check-in 3om instead of 4pm we charge $20. So we can expedite the cleaning process to accommodate your request. - Washer and Dryer is available to use for an extra charge of $5 to wash and dry. When sending payment through Ve-nmo, input your address and room number so we know who it is from. Washer and Dryer is Subject to availability. Thank you.
