Discover your ideal Indy escape! Book now and savor the comfort and convenience of your home away from home in Indianapolis. Note: this is a basement unit. You have to be able to go down the stairs. We do not have AC in this apartment but since this is a basement unit it stays cool and we also provide two portable fans for your comfort. We have breaker box/switches located in this unit, so if the breaker trips we might ask you to give us access to the suite so we can switch the break back on. This doesn't happen all the time but it can happen and I believe something your should know before making a reservation.

House Rules: - Quiet hours are observed between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. - Parties or events are strictly prohibited, and unauthorized guests are not allowed. - Smoking is not permitted inside the house or rooms. If smoking outside, Please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash can, not in bushes or grass. A $200 extra cleaning fee will be charged for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside the house. - Cats are not allowed at this location. One small dog under 20 lbs is permitted with a pet fee as stated in the booking. Dogs must be house- and potty trained. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and a $250 fine will be imposed for leaving dog droppings. - Candles are prohibited indoors. - Eating on beds, couches, or sofas is not allowed, and pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. - Please inform us of the number of guests staying as we set up accordingly. - Failure to do so or having more guests than planned without prior notice will result in a $100 additional fee. - Check-in and check-out times must be respected. A $50 per hour fee will be charged for deviations from these times unless discussed with the host. - Furniture should not be rearranged, and any damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for reimbursing any damaged or missing items. - Bedding should be left on the bed, and dirty dishes should be washed and left on the drying rack. - Illegal substances are prohibited on the premises. - Check-out time is 11 a.m. A $50 charge will apply for every hour overstayed after check-out time to facilitate cleaning for the next guest. - We are not responsible for any mail or packages sent to our Airbnb address. - Wash all dirty dishes and put them away before check-out. - Take out all trash and dispose of it in the blue bin outside. - Turn off all lights and electronics when not in use. - Tampering with security cameras or the Internet router will result in a $200 fine.
