Downtown Charm-Private Studio with a Queen Bed

House Rules 1. Check-in is at 4 pm. We will send a key code or directions to where you will get the key to you 4 hours before check-in. 2. No parties or events allowed. If you are having visitors please mention it in advance. 3. No smoking/Vaping allowed inside the house/ room/bathroom. When smoking outside do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass, please use the trash can. 4. Please mention how many guests will be staying. We set up the place depending on that. We understand sometimes plans change but if you have more guests than planned and failed to mention or inform the host in advance there will be an additional fee. 5. Kindly don’t eat or drink on the bed. 6. Check-Out time is at 11am. If you over stay your booking, $50 charge will apply every hour you stay after your check-out time 7. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $50. 8. Please take care of the furnishings. Don’t rearrange the furniture.Report any damages immediately. Any damages incurred will have to be paid by the guests. 9. Please leave the bedding on the bed, do not remove it. Kindly wash the dirty dishes and leave it in the drying rack. 10. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. 11. If you send/receive any mail or packages to our Airbnb address we are Not responsible for them. Please do not ask us to receive/store/hold the packages/mail on your behalf. For security reason we are not able to do so. 12. If you are staying longer than a week please buy your own toiletries and supplies. Although we provide initially we do not resupply to guests who stay longer than a week at a time. If you check-out and rebook we will supply again for a week worth of toiletries and supplies. Thanks for understanding. 13. If you break something in the house please let us know right away. So can sort it out accordingly. 14. Please clean the dryer lint after every use and close the back door completely shut. 15. Please take the trash out to the larger bin in the backyard when it's full and put new trash bag to the can for use. This studio is on the second floor to your right. It is great if you adore privacy. Parking is in front of the building street parking. The bus stop is also close by and downtown is 2.9 miles away. When you enter the building you will land in a small lobby area and you will see stairs that lead to your apartment #2 to your right when you get up the stairs. This Studio is equipped with the following - Comfy memory foam Queen Bed with mattress protector. - Night Stand with lamp that has USB connection to charge your phone next to the bed. - Desk and a chair to get some work done. - window darkening curtains if you like to sleep during the day. - Closet with hangers - Dresser - Fully equipped Kitchen that you can prepare a meal. - Dinning Table with 2 chairs - Gas Stove with oven - Full size fridge - Microwave - Toaster - Hot water kettle - Sink with hot and Cold water - Pots and pans to prepare your favorite meal and save money eating out. - Baking Sheets - Cleaning supplies (under the sink) - Plates and Utensils - Coffee and Coffee maker. - Coffee Mugs - Wine glasses and wine opener - Dining table and 2 Chairs - Full size bathroom has - Iron - Ironing board - Shower with Tub - Hot and Cold water - Vanity - Toilet - Toiletries - Towels - Washcloth (complimentary) -The place is also designed with beautiful wall arts as well. For your security we have security cameras in the entrance and has two main doors. One for the building and one for the Studio. If you have a Pet please note: We do not allow Cats. Sorry :( Dogs must be under 20 pounds. Standard Pet fee is for one dog only. If you have additional dogs please message us before booking. Early Check-in If you like to get one hour of early check-in, meaning if you want to check-in 3om instead of 4pm we charge $20. So we can expedite the cleaning process to accommodate your request.
