Please Note: This is an older home (over 100 years old), so you may notice some scars here and there. However, the home is fully furnished, functional, and equipped for your enjoyment. Heating Information: This property does not have central heating. It is equipped with a central gas fireplace that provides warmth for the main living area, along with electric portable heaters placed in each bedroom and the kitchen to ensure your comfort during colder months. If you need anything, please let us know — we are only a message away. Important Information for Guests: Towels: We provide one towel per guest if you are staying one to two nights. If you book for longer than two nights, we will provide two bath towels per guest. This is someone’s home, not a hotel, so please be respectful of your neighbors. Pet Policy: We welcome one dog weighing under 20 pounds. There is a pet fee of $100 per stay (not per night). If you have more than one dog or a dog larger than 20 pounds, kindly contact us before booking. Please note that a $250 fine will be applied to all unapproved pets. House Rules: No Parties or Gatherings: Strictly prohibited on the premises. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not permitted inside the building or patio area. House Rules General Etiquette - Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 9 AM. (Do not disturb the neighbours) - No parties or events. Visitors must be mentioned in advance. - No smoking indoors. When smoking outside, dispose of cigarette butts properly in a trash can (not in bushes or grass). - No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. - No lighting candles anywhere inside the building. Pets - No cats allowed unless discussed with the host. - Dogs: Maximum of two dogs under 20 lbs allowed. A pet fee applies as mentioned in the booking. An additional $50 - fee applies for the second dog. - Clean up after your pets. A $200 fine applies if dog droppings are left uncleaned. - No pets on furniture or beds. Parking - Guests must park only in the designated spot. - Only one car is allowed per reservation. Guest & Stay Policies - Guest Count: Inform the host of the total number of guests staying. If more guests stay than planned without prior notice, an additional $100 fee will apply. - Check-In & Check-Out: Respect check-in and check-out times. Overstaying will result in a $50 per hour fee unless discussed with the host. Household Care: - Do not rearrange furniture. Guest Access

Please read: There is lot of City road construction is going around our home. They torn down Pleasant street access to create a new Round About. When you get to the area you will see signs say Pleasant Street Detour. Just follow that or your GPS should take you through different rought anyways. If you have any trouble finding our place feel free to contact us. Early Check-in If you like to get one hour of early check-in, meaning if you want to check-in 3pm instead of 4pm we charge $20. So we can expedite the cleaning process to accommodate your request.

This place was perfect for what I needed before moving into a condo in Noblesville. Great location at the center of everything. The house was super clean, neat & tidy. The bed was so comfortable. Sach was very helpful & communicated well. Very peaceful neighborhood. I would highly recommend this rental.
