Please Note: This is an older home (over 100 years old), so you may notice some scars here and there. However, the home is fully furnished, functional, and equipped for your enjoyment. This unit has two windows. One small and one medium size windows. Sunlight is minimal. If you need anything, please let us know; we are only a message away. Important Information for Guests: Pet Policy: We welcome one dog weighing under 20 pounds. There is a pet fee will apply. If you have more than one dog or a dog larger than 20 pounds, kindly contact us before booking. Please note that a $250 fine will be applied to all unapproved pets. House Rules: No Parties or Gatherings: We strictly prohibit parties or gatherings on the premises. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not permitted inside the building, including the patio area. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building. Quiet Hours: Our quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy. Parking: Parking is available right behind the home. You can park in front of the garage. Washer and Dryer: The washer and dryer are available for an additional charge of $5 for both washing and drying. Payments can be made via Ve-nmo (@Indy-Sweet-Homes-LLC) or Cash App ($IndysweethomesLLC). When sending payment through Ve-nmo, please include your address and room number for identification purposes. House Rules General Etiquette - Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 9 AM. (Do not disturb the neighbours) - No parties or events. Visitors must be mentioned in advance. - No smoking indoors. When smoking outside, dispose of cigarette butts properly in a trash can (not in bushes or grass). - No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. - No lighting candles anywhere inside the building. Pets - No cats allowed unless discussed with the host. - Dogs: Maximum of two dogs under 20 lbs allowed. A pet fee applies as mentioned in the booking. An additional $50 - fee applies for the second dog. - Clean up after your pets. A $200 fine applies if dog droppings are left uncleaned. - No pets on furniture or beds. Parking - Guests must park only in the designated spot. - Only one car is allowed per reservation. Guest & Stay Policies - Guest Count: Inform the host of the total number of guests staying. If more guests stay than planned without prior notice, an additional $100 fee will apply. - Check-In & Check-Out: Respect check-in and check-out times. Overstaying will result in a $50 per hour fee unless discussed with the host. Household Care: - Do not rearrange furniture. Report any damages immediately—guests are responsible for damages. - No eating on the bed, couch, or sofa. - Bedding: Leave it on the bed, do not remove it. - Dishes: Wash and place them in the drying rack before check-out. - Trash: Take all trash out to the blue bin outside. - Turn off all lights and electronics when not in use. Laundry - $5 per load. Clean, quiet and peaceful Suite. White River Trail is stone throw away it's our favorite part of this property. You can walk/jog the trail. Trail goes to Forest Park if you stay on it. It always passes through Noblesville Downtown area where there are local Bars, Restaurants, Shops, Groceries, Parks and more. Summer time on the weekend there is Farmers market in the Park near downtown Noblesville. It's about 10 to 15 minutes walk to Downtown. and about 20 mins walk to Forest Park. You can Canoe down the White River during summer time. Just rent a canoe from Canoe Rental Company in Noblesville or bring your own. You can also fish in White River. Potters bridge park is about 2.7 miles from the property. Where you can take cool photos, there is a kids play area and take the trail.

Laundry facility is in the building, free parking in the back , and furnished backyard with BBQ. Dogs are welcome (must be under 20 pounds). Pet fee is $60 for one dog under 20 pounds. If you have a bigger dog please let us know. Thanks. Please read👇 There is a lot of City road construction going around our home. They tore down Pleasant street access to create a new Round About. When you get to the area you will see signs say Pleasant Street Detour. Just follow that or your GPS should take you through different route anyways. If you have any trouble finding our place feel free to contact us. Early Check-in If you like to get one hour of early check-in, meaning if you want to check-in 3om instead of 4pm we charge $20. So we can expedite the cleaning process to accommodate your request. Washer and Dryer Washer and Dryer is available to use for an extra charge of $5 to wash and dry. When sending payment through Ve-nmo, input your address and room number so we know who it is from. Washer and Dryer is Subject to availability. Thank you.
