Please Note: This is an older home (over 100 years old), so you may notice some scars here and there. However, the home is fully furnished, functional, and equipped for your enjoyment. If you need anything, please let us know; we are only a few blocks away. Important Information for Guests: Pet Policy: We welcome one dog weighing under 20 pounds. There is a pet fee will apply. If you have more than one dog or a dog larger than 20 pounds, kindly contact us before booking. Please note that a $250 fine will be applied to all unapproved pets. House Rules: No Parties or Gatherings: We strictly prohibit parties or gatherings on the premises. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not permitted inside the building, including the patio area. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building. Quiet Hours: Our quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy. Parking: Parking is available right behind the home. You can park in front of the garage. Washer and Dryer: The washer and dryer are available for an additional charge of $5 for both washing and drying. House Rules 1. Check-in is at 4 pm. We will send a key code or directions to where you will get the key to you 4 hours before check-in. 2. No parties or events allowed. If you are having visitors please mention it in advance. 3. No smoking allowed inside the house/ room. When smoking outside do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass, please use the trash can. 4. No pets allowed. Unless discussed with the host. A max of 2 pets under 20 lbs are allowed and you will have to pay the pet fee as mentioned in the booking. Please pickup after your pets and dispose it in the trash. 5. Please mention how many guests will be staying. We set up the place depending on that. We understand sometimes plans change but if you have more guests than planned and failed to mention or inform the host in advance there will be an additional fee. 6. Kindly don’t eat or drink on the bed. 7. Please respect check-in and check-out times. A fee will be charged if these times are not followed unless discussed with the host. 8. The outdoor grill is available for guests. Please be careful while using it. 9. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $50. 10. Please take care of the furnishings. Don’t rearrange the furniture.Report any damages immediately. Any damages incurred will have to be paid by the guests. 11. Washer and dryer are for you to use. Clean, quiet and peaceful Suite. White River Trail is stone throw away it's our favorite part of this property. You can walk/jog the trail. Trail goes to Forest Park if you stay on it. It always passes through Noblesville Downtown area where there are local Bars, Restaurants, Shops, Groceries, Parks and more. Summer time on the weekend there is Farmers market in the Park near downtown Noblesville. It's about 10 to 15 minutes walk to Downtown. and about 20 mins walk to Forest Park. You can Canoe down the White River during summer time. Just rent a canoe from Canoe Rental Company in Noblesville or bring your own. You can also fish in White River. Potters bridge park is about 2.7 miles from the property. Where you can take cool photos, there is a kids play area and take the trail.

Laundry facility is in the building, free parking in the back , and furnished backyard with BBQ. Dogs are welcome (must be under 20 pounds). Pet fee is $60 for one dog under 20 pounds. If you have a bigger dog please let us know. Thanks. Please read👇 There is a lot of City road construction going around our home. They tore down Pleasant street access to create a new Round About. When you get to the area you will see signs say Pleasant Street Detour. Just follow that or your GPS should take you through different route anyways. If you have any trouble finding our place feel free to contact us. Early Check-in If you like to get one hour of early check-in, meaning if you want to check-in 3om instead of 4pm we charge $20. So we can expedite the cleaning process to accommodate your request. Washer and Dryer Washer and Dryer is available to use for an extra charge of $5 to wash and dry. When sending payment through Ve-nmo, input your address and room number so we know who it is from. Washer and Dryer is Subject to availability. Thank you.

Sach was very responsive. We had a very minor issue while staying there and Sach was very quick to resolve it. Other than that minor issue the rest of the stay was very nice. It is very quiet there and was close to downtown Noblesville which offered a lot of options for food and entertainment. Overall would stay again. Strongly suggest anyone else interested to check it out, I don't think you will be disappointed.

.8 miles to Downtown Noblesville. 10-15 mins walking distance. If you like nature there is also trail close to the property that goes through wooded area and parallel to the White River then goes through Downtown Noblesville and ends up in Forest Park.
