House Rules Check-In: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. You will receive your door code or key pickup instructions approximately 24 hours before your scheduled check-in. Occupancy & Visitors: A maximum of two (2) guests is permitted at this property. Please provide the correct number of guests when booking so we can prepare the space accordingly. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. If you plan to have any visitors, please notify us in advance. Overnight visitors are not permitted. Parking: One designated parking space is available in the rear of the building directly in front of Unit 5. Free street parking is also available; however, all street parking is at your own risk. The property owner is not responsible for theft, damage, towing, or citations involving vehicles parked on or near the property. Smoking Policy: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house, room, or bathroom. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly in the trash receptacles and not in the grass, landscaping, or bushes. Food & Drinks: Please refrain from eating or drinking while in bed to help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. A $50 fee per hour will be charged for any unauthorized late check-out beyond the scheduled departure time. Keys: If physical keys are provided, please keep them secure. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $50 replacement fee. Furniture & Property Care: Please treat the home and its furnishings with care. Do not rearrange furniture without prior permission, and report any damage or maintenance concerns immediately. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Before checking out, please: Leave used bedding on the beds. Wash any dirty dishes and leave them on the drying rack. Dispose of trash appropriately. Illegal Substances: Illegal drugs or other prohibited substances are strictly forbidden anywhere on the property. Mail & Package Policy: We are unable to accept, receive, store, or hold mail or packages on behalf of guests. Any mail or deliveries sent to the property are the sole responsibility of the sender and recipient. Extended Stays: For reservations longer than one week, we provide an initial supply of toiletries and household essentials only. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay. If you check out and make a new reservation, a new starter supply will be provided. Breakages: Please report any accidental damage or breakages as soon as they occur so they can be addressed promptly. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Trash Disposal: When indoor trash bins become full, please dispose of the trash in the larger bin located in the backyard and replace the trash bags in the kitchen and bathroom bins. Security Cameras: Tampering with, obstructing, disconnecting, or otherwise interfering with the property's exterior security cameras will result in a $200 fee and may result in immediate termination of your stay. Cleanliness & Pest Prevention: The property is professionally cleaned and receives routine pest treatment on a regular basis. If additional pest treatment becomes necessary due to excessive uncleanliness or food being left out during your stay, guests may be responsible for the associated costs. Help Us Prevent Pests: Please help keep the property clean by promptly cleaning up food spills and avoiding leaving food or crumbs on floors, counters, or other surfaces.
