House Rules: 1. Check-in time is at 4 pm. You will receive a key code or directions to obtain the key 24 hours before check-in. 2. No parties or events are permitted. If you plan to have visitors, please inform us in advance. Overnight guests are not allowed. 3. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house, room, or bathroom. When smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash can, not in the bushes or grass. 4. Please inform us of the number of guests staying, as we will prepare the space accordingly. Two guest max allowed at this location. 5. Kindly refrain from eating or drinking on the bed. 6. Check-out time is at 11 am. A $50 charge will apply for every hour you stay beyond your check-out time. 7. Please take special care of your keys if you have any. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $50. 8. Please handle furnishings with care. Do not rearrange the furniture, and report any damages immediately. 9. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred. Leave bedding on the bed and wash dirty dishes, leaving them on the drying rack. Illegal substances are not permitted on the premises. 10. We are not responsible for any mail or packages sent to our Airbnb address. Please refrain from requesting us to receive, store, or hold packages/mail on your behalf for security reasons. For guests staying longer than a week, kindly purchase your own toiletries and supplies. While we provide initial supplies, we do not replenish them for guests staying longer than a week. If you check out and rebook, we will provide supplies for another week. Thank you for your understanding. 11. Please report any breakages immediately so we can address them accordingly. 12. Respect quiet hours, preferably from 9 pm to 9 am. 13. When the trash is full, please take it out to the larger bin in the backyard and replace the trash bag in the kitchen and bathroom. 14. Tampering with security cameras will result in a $200 fine. 15. If pest treatment is required due to a lack of cleanliness (in the kitchen, bathroom, etc.), guests will be charged for the cost. We have professional cleaners who deep clean regularly and treat for pests biannually. 16. By keeping the place clean and avoiding leaving food items or particles on the floor, pest issues can be prevented. Thank you for your cooperation.
