The house was about 10 minutes from Victory Field, so very convenient for what I was there for. Neighborhood looked like it might be a little rough, but it wasn't bad at all. I felt safe the whole time I was there. The house was nice and was just what I needed. Would stay here again if I'm in the area.

stayed here during R&I BCSP Summit, and was genuinely relieved that this host was one of the rare reliable ones. The house was clean, quiet, and comfortable - exactly what I needed after long days at the R&I. The neighborhood isn't fancy, but I never felt unsafe, even coming back late at night. My room (#4) was spacious and very comfortable, with both ceiling and desk fans to keep it cool. The bed was excellent - easily one of the best l've had (compared to hotels). The house overall had a peaceful vibe, true to the "Tranquil Oasis" name, and it was only about a 5-10 minutes to all main attractions and IndyAirport. Tea and coffee arrangements.

Sach was so great and communicative, and the house was very comfy and cute. Also a great set up for multiple kids. We did one of the bedrooms for our toddler and there was a nice quiet corner in the hall near the laundry room that was perfect for the baby!

The house overall had a peaceful vibe, true to the “Tranquil Oasis” name, and it was only about a 10-minute Lyft from the convention center. There were a few small letdowns - If there were free toiletries or tea, I couldn't find them, even though the listing mentioned them, and just one towel for a multi-day stay with no easy way to dry it out. The room was warmer than the rest of the house at night, and the nightstand was oddly short compared to the tall bed. The yard was overgrown when I arrived, though it was mowed during my stay, and the pictured hammock wasn’t there. None of these were deal-breakers, just things to be aware of.

Such an amazing place to get away for a few days. Quiet little home away from home for me to just exist. Will definitely try staying here again my next time coming into town.

One of the best host I’ve had. Very friendly and very responsive. Always checking in and making sure we’re okay. Very considerate, understanding, and respectful as well. I would definitely recommend 10/10 and will be back in the future.

The place was just as described. It was very comfortable and clean; the room and bathroom were perfect for my needs, and the location was great, as it was close to Butler University and downtown, just a few minutes away by car. The room was slightly hot in the afternoons, but I didn't mind it. Sach was very friendly; his instructions for accessing the house and room were very clear, and he often messaged me to ensure everything was okay with my stay. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it.

This place was perfect for what I needed before moving into a condo in Noblesville. Great location at the center of everything. The house was super clean, neat & tidy. The bed was so comfortable. Sach was very helpful & communicated well. Very peaceful neighborhood. I would highly recommend this rental.

There was a few things listed that we didn't find. Salt, pepper, oil, and no tv in bedroom 2. All minor stuff we were happy overall and really appreciated having a clean place! Also the handle came off one of the mugs while we were washing it so not sure if it has done this in past and was reglued. Thanks so much, Wanda
