Such an amazing place to get away for a few days. Quiet little home away from home for me to just exist. Will definitely try staying here again my next time coming into town.

One of the best host I’ve had. Very friendly and very responsive. Always checking in and making sure we’re okay. Very considerate, understanding, and respectful as well. I would definitely recommend 10/10 and will be back in the future.

The place was just as described. It was very comfortable and clean; the room and bathroom were perfect for my needs, and the location was great, as it was close to Butler University and downtown, just a few minutes away by car. The room was slightly hot in the afternoons, but I didn't mind it. Sach was very friendly; his instructions for accessing the house and room were very clear, and he often messaged me to ensure everything was okay with my stay. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it.

This place was perfect for what I needed before moving into a condo in Noblesville. Great location at the center of everything. The house was super clean, neat & tidy. The bed was so comfortable. Sach was very helpful & communicated well. Very peaceful neighborhood. I would highly recommend this rental.

There was a few things listed that we didn't find. Salt, pepper, oil, and no tv in bedroom 2. All minor stuff we were happy overall and really appreciated having a clean place! Also the handle came off one of the mugs while we were washing it so not sure if it has done this in past and was reglued. Thanks so much, Wanda

I enjoyed my stay. I wish every Airbnb was like this. The built-in microwave broke during my stay. The host got a new microwave the next morning. The room can get stuffy when the weather gets warmer. The house AC and a fan are there to help. Watch your head to not bump into the ceiling. I did it a few times. The bed is comfortable. I slept very well.

Sach was a great host that is very responsive to questions you may have. the place and room were as described. the house was clean and I didn't have any issues with my stay. I would stay again.

Sachs place had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check in was smooth and he was quick to respond. Had a great stay and definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short or long term stay in Indianapolis

I stayed with Sach for about 2 months and it was a pleasure staying there. Everything matched the description. And to those that said it wasn't clean, I really don't know what they were talking about. Everything was perfect. Thanks for letting me stay with you. Will definitely stay again.

Sach is probably the most friendly, responsive host that we have ever had. The place was exactly as listed. The house is older and could use some TLC, but all rooms were clean, and it had everything we needed for a business trip. The neighborhood and location are both good too. We would stay here again.
