We love the place Me and my family stayed there for a month The neighborhood was real quiet The park next to the house is a plus for my kid . I would stay here again.

Wow! Perfectly advertised. Beautiful home, in a historic, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. House was clean and in great working order. Nice water pressure for the shower. Full size kitchen and plenty of house for 4 adults to share, or more than enough room for a couple. We visit Noblesville a few times a year and will 100% be back to this gorgeous home. We booked 3 nights stay at the Wolf’s cabin because we were planning on attending the concert in town. I chose this property for many different reasons: I wanted to support the small business, value for the money, especially compared to the hotel rooms, privacy (contactless check-in and check-out), location (proximity to downtown and the concert venue), etc. All of my expectations were met and even exceeded. I had an excellent communication with the property owner before, during and after our stay who wanted to make sure we had everything we needed, and I greatly appreciated his fast responsiveness and answers to my questions as I was not familiar with this town. You have every appliance that you need if you want to bring your own groceries and just stay in and cook (including the grill outside) and the downtown is so close with variety of restaurants if you choose to eat out. Few of my favorites about our stay here were: exceptionally comfortable bed, I slept very good and was able to rest for the concert; the swing outside where I could drink my coffee and relax after the concert while enjoying the nature and peace and quiet; and last, but not the least, a pleasant surprise “Free community vegetable and fruit stand”, right across the street! All in all, I would highly recommend this property and this owner and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for having us as your guests and hope to stay with you again in the future!

The house was about 10 minutes from Victory Field, so very convenient for what I was there for. Neighborhood looked like it might be a little rough, but it wasn't bad at all. I felt safe the whole time I was there. The house was nice and was just what I needed. Would stay here again if I'm in the area.

stayed here during R&I BCSP Summit, and was genuinely relieved that this host was one of the rare reliable ones. The house was clean, quiet, and comfortable - exactly what I needed after long days at the R&I. The neighborhood isn't fancy, but I never felt unsafe, even coming back late at night. My room (#4) was spacious and very comfortable, with both ceiling and desk fans to keep it cool. The bed was excellent - easily one of the best l've had (compared to hotels). The house overall had a peaceful vibe, true to the "Tranquil Oasis" name, and it was only about a 5-10 minutes to all main attractions and IndyAirport. Tea and coffee arrangements.

Sach was so great and communicative, and the house was very comfy and cute. Also a great set up for multiple kids. We did one of the bedrooms for our toddler and there was a nice quiet corner in the hall near the laundry room that was perfect for the baby!

I stayed here during Gen Con, and was genuinely relieved that this host was one of the rare reliable ones. My room (#2) was spacious and very comfortable, with both ceiling and desk fans to keep it cool. The bed was excellent - easily one of the best I’ve had (compared to hotels). The house overall had a peaceful vibe, true to the “Tranquil Oasis” name, and it was only about a 10-minute Lyft from the convention center. There were a few small letdowns - If there were free toiletries or tea, I couldn't find them, even though the listing mentioned them, and just one towel for a multi-day stay with no easy way to dry it out. The room was warmer than the rest of the house at night, and the nightstand was oddly short compared to the tall bed. The yard was overgrown when I arrived, though it was mowed during my stay, and the pictured hammock wasn’t there. None of these were deal-breakers, just things to be aware of.

One of the best host I’ve had. Very friendly and very responsive. Always checking in and making sure we’re okay. Very considerate, understanding, and respectful as well. I would definitely recommend 10/10 and will be back in the future.
