Sach is probably the most friendly, responsive host that we have ever had. The place was exactly as listed. The house is older and could use some TLC, but all rooms were clean, and it had everything we needed for a business trip. The neighborhood and location are both good too. We would stay here again.

I really liked the House and the room even came with a private bathroom. Very convenient and spacious parking behind the House on the property. If im coming Back to Indy I will stay again with Sach.
